Welcome & Introduction

The IoEMC is an independent organisation that exists solely to promote the highest qualities in standards, ethics and  best practice within the Executive Coaching industry.

Over the past decade there has been an increase in the number and indeed the types of coaching services available to businesses across the world.  This has led in many respects to the coaching industry becoming fragmented and often unclear in its overall direction, with as yet no formalized single professional body,  industry accreditation, qualifications, or indeed any particular set of standards.

The IoEMC does not profess to be a governing body for the whole coaching profession.  Our raison d’ętre and mission is to provide a backbone of excellence within just the Executive Coaching arena, ensuring that both our members and their clients gain the benefit and added advantage from being associated with the  highest level of quality in  Executive Coaching service delivery.

By Definition

Executive Coaching is a highly skilled activity, which when carried out effectively allows the client to further develop his or her  capability, enhance their own performance through developing news skills, attitudes, beliefs and behaviours, ultimately to improve the performance of others; thus maximizing their own potential.

Our Membership

Our membership consists of both Associate and Master Coach Practitioners who are  committed to delivering Executive Coaching at the highest level as either an independent Executive Coaching provider or as part of an internal or corporate L & D function.
