Our Philosophy
We encourage ongoing personal and professional development for all of our membership. We provide a wide range of development opportunities to include; our famous Study Tours, single specific lectures, alumni mentoring programmes, conferences, 3-5 day development workshops, structured development pathways which can lead to both full accredited membership (for associated members), as well as in some cases, professional qualifications and higher degrees which can be earned with our carefully selected education partners. Providing our membership with a full range of study options which are tailored towards their specific needs.
Some of our programmes and conferences are OPEN to non members as we actively seek to promote best practice and share knowledge across the industry in general.

The Spring Study Tour
Italy April 2009 - A five day intensive study programme open to all membership grades, based in Bognanco, Northern Italy, right on the foothills of the Italian Alps, you will be encouraged to develop 'new' thinking, share existing ideas as well as to gain some new insights and experiences. All sessions will be facilitated and run by the Programme Director. There will be plenty of opportunity to sample the wonderful local cuisine, enjoy some fantastic Italian wines and immerse yourself in the friendly local culture, as well as the chance to be really inspired by the fabulous mountain scenery. Networking Events
Following the immense success of these events, we are planning to hold them on a more regular bi-monthly basis starting in March 2008. Networking events are open to both members and non-members who are interested in meeting up with other like minded individuals and to have an opportunity to share knowledge, exchange views and develop great contacts in a relaxed, informal and pleasurable environment.
The March event is scheduled to meet in the West End (London) in the second week. If you are interested in finding out more about these events please email The Membership Secretary who will be delighted to send you an introduction detailing the location, venue, times, etc.
Master Coach (Accreditation) Programmes
In keeping with our commitment to ongoing professional development, we offer an individually tailored study programme for Associate Members in order for them to gain Full Membership status and IoEMC accreditation as Executive Master Coach. Programme lengths do vary from between 6 - 12 months depending on the individuals experience, previous qualifications and capability.
Each student is appointed a personal Tutor/mentor who will guide them through their particular development pathway and work with them, via regular one to one meetings, specific learning interventions and through attendance at the various workshop seminars, to help them develop their full capability and ultimate qualification as an IoEMC Executive Master Coach.

The Autumn Study Tour
California USA - September 2009 - Another five day intensive study programme open to all membership grades, based on the West Coast of the United States, in the beautiful Valley region. You will be encouraged to develop 'new' thinking, share existing ideas as well as to gain some different insights and experiences. All sessions will be facilitated and run by the Programme Director.
There will be plenty of opportunity to sample the local cuisine, enjoy some Californian wines and immerse yourself in the friendly, local culture, as well, of course, the chance to be really inspired by the fabulous scenery. The 'Truly Intuitive' Seminar
May 2009 A three day highly intensive OPEN seminar for both members and non-members of the IoEMC, to be held in London in the second week of May 2009. Be really there and learn some real Magic from some of the most respected Intuitive Guru's in our Industry. Learn how you can develop some profoundly insightful perspectives with your clients, learn the real elements that go to make up Intuition, understand its several dimensional components and most importantly, get to practice your skills in a safe, non-judgemental, informal and totally relaxed environment. Executive Coaching ('Buddy') Programmes
In order to practice what we preach and because we are advocates of joined up learning. We have devised a pairing/co-mentoring process for Executive Master Coaches (only), who will each benefit form having regular and timely 1:1 meeting with fellow members. This has proven to help individuals push their own boundaries, develop new thinking and subsequent techniques, as well as giving them a personal and confidential sounding board which is of course mutually beneficial. If you are interested in finding a Coaching 'Buddy' the Membership Secretary will be delighted to help you find one.
Professional Development Degrees
We are able to offer, through our carefully chosen education partners, study to higher degree level (Master and Doctorate) if required in a number of relevant and associated disciplines. We actively promote performance based degrees and gaining Degree Credits through your actual work experience. There are a number of study options available, which depending on your personal requirements and circumstances we shall be delighted to share with you.
